The Company is lead by a tightly knit team of experienced mining executives, engineers and geologists. The management team is supported by a group of talented employees who are, without a doubt, our most valuable asset. We take great pride in our all of operations and believe that we are “A Golden Opportunity in Latin America”.

Our flagship project is Ollachea, an advanced gold development project with high potential for reserve and resource expansion located in southern Peru. An Optimization Study of the 2012 Definitive Feasibility Study was completed in the second quarter of 2014, which outlines the presence of a robust underground mining operation. A drilling program of approximately 5,200 meters has been completed in the Minapampa Far East zone. Modeling and additional metallurgical tests are expected to be available by mid-first quarter of 2017.
The pre-engineering studies for the Ollachea project are underway following the efforts to optimize the cost of the CAPEX. The report is expected in the first quarter of 2017, and the results will allow the company to proceed with its initial step to agree on a Feed / EPC/ Operation contract with a first-class construction company.

The Company has been granted all of the significant environment, social and construction approval needed to build the Ollachea Gold Mine.
Minera IRL also has a mandate with Peruvian government Bank COFIDE (Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo) to structure a syndicated senior loan for US$240 million.

We also operate the Corihuarmi Gold Mine in the high Andes of central Peru, which has been in continuous production since the first quarter of 2008. There is an active exploration program ongoing that is intended to extend the life of the mine.
