Corporate and Shareholders
 
The parent company of the Group is Minera IRL Limited, an entity registered under the laws of Jersey.
 
Minera IRL SA is a Peruvian company registered in 2002 which holds the Group’s Peruvian mining leases and assets. 
 
Minera Kuri Kullu is a 100% owned subsidiary that holds the Ollachea leases.
 
Minera IRL Argentina S.A. is an Argentinean company registered in 2006 which holds the Group’s Argentinean assets.
 
Investment is in Minera IRL Limited.
 
Prior to listing on AIM and subsequently the Lima Stock Exchange, Minera IRL Limited had a relatively broad shareholder base comprised of international private equity investors ranging from its management team, individuals, financial institutions and other mining entities from which approximately US$22 million had been raised between 2000 and April 2007.
